You acknowledge that we are not obliged to publish any material
submitted by you.
7.3
You agree not to post any material:
7.3.1
that is threatening, defamatory, offensive, abusive, liable to

7.3.2

approvals; or
7.3.3

Validity

determined to be unlawful, invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable,

Term & termination
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect after you first use the Site
and/or are a Member of Allsquares.com. Allsquares.com reserves its right to
change the Service or delete features at any time and for any reason and to
cancel or suspend yourService at any time. Such cancellation or suspension may
be without cause and/or without notice. In case of service cancellation, your
right to use the Service ceases right away. Once the Service is cancelled or
suspended, any data/content you may have stored/submitted to Allsquares.com may
not be retrieved later. If we cancel the Service in its entirety without any
cause, then we will refund to you, on a pro-rata basis the amount of your
payment corresponding to the portion of your Service remaining right before such

Courts at Kolkata, India alone shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in

irrespective of the territory and jurisdiction of your access to
